“I want to share some of the experience I had in a one-on-one session with Julie. I feel like I’ve grown SO much from just a couple of sessions. First of all, I felt really seen for the first time. She saw and articulated to me my loving heart and the incredible pain that surrounded it. I had never understood why I was always unhappy, since early childhood. I’d come up with all sorts of reasons and have been looking for solutions to what was wrong with me. I used to fantasize about punching my hand through the wall to get my parents to see the intensity of the pain I was in and luckily, would reason myself out of doing it. In one session Julie helped me honor my strength to carry it so long and to see the gift it is to feel so deeply.
